THE WHY:
Starting in 2015 training 5th graders, Coach Bridgeforth (Coach B) named his training company Elite Athletic Training (E.A.T for short). After getting injured playing football in college, he resumed his training company with close friend and former teammate Jordan Bolden and also began his career in coaching. Bridgeforth always admired Bolden’s bravery and leadership as a Firefighter. Unfortunately, in 2020 Bolden passed away causing the Bridgeforth to stop training. However, Bridgeforth understood the importance of keeping the training business alive for his friend. He later rebranded his company which is now Elite Athletic Leadership Academy. While still training on the side, Coach Bridgeforth now focuses on building an AAU program that stands out above the rest. He believes that current AAU coaches do not focus on player development or team building. Therefore he is challeneging himself and his supporters to go against the grain on a journey to become a respected and needed AAU program.
